This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through browsxpert.com, cosmeticsxpert.com, and all associated sales channels operated by BROWSXPERT LLC.

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

5. International Shipping
We ship to select countries outside the United States.
Important Notes for International Orders

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
After a package is scanned and accepted by the carrier, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.
BROWSXPERT LLC is not responsible for:

packages marked as delivered but not received

packages lost or stolen after delivery

delivery delays caused by USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx or customs

incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist when possible.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure:

may request a refund (minus shipping fees).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

10. Order Modifications & Cancellations
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will attempt to accommodate your request.
Once an order is shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.
11. Returned Packages & Failed Deliveries
Packages returned to our facility due to undeliverable addresses, refusal, or unclaimed packages will be handled as follows:
