Return and Refund Policy – BROWSXPERT LLC

Because our items are professional beauty products, certain return and refund conditions apply to ensure hygiene, safety, and fair service.


1. Returns for Physical Products

For hygienic and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on cosmetic products once they have been opened, used, or unsealed.

We may accept a return or replacement only if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong product.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@browsxpert.com.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.


2. Digital Products (E-books, Courses, Downloads)

All digital products such as e-books, online courses, or digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable once accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact support@browsxpert.com, and we will assist you immediately.


3. Shipping Issues

BROWSXPERT is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses or courier service errors.
However, we will do our best to help locate your shipment through our carrier partners.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges due to the nature of our products.
If your order qualifies for a replacement, a new item will be sent to you once your request is approved.
